Includes: A complementary phone call for up to 15 minutes to discuss your goals and make sure we are a good fit. Everybody starts here! After your "New Client Phone Call" you will receive a link to consider purchasing a "Real Food Reset" package.

Real Food Reset

If your goal is to improve...

...you might benefit from a real food reset. Your gut plays a major role in all those functions. Reducing processed foods and increasing fibre is great for boosting gut health which affects all other areas of health. Join me for 3 personal 1:1 sessions towards improved gut health. So how do we do it? 


Phase 1: REVIEW

  • Focus: Assess your relationship with food, identify areas for growth, make SMART goals and a plan to help meet them. A complete nutrition assessment considers your usual eating patterns, current health concerns, past medical history, medications, mobility and activity level etc.  
  • Goals often include: reducing processed foods, increasing fiber, prioritizing whole foods, incorporating probiotics, meal planning, eating out less, listening to hunger and fullness cues to eat more intuitively, etc. 
  • By the end of the session you will have 1-3 action steps to move you towards your goals 
  • How: A 60 minute video call (though sometimes it takes up to 90 mins so please plan accordingly)


Phase 2: REFOCUS AND REVAMP

  • Focus: Check in on your goals and action steps. Evaluate what worked well, what could be improved, and next steps towards reaching your goals. 
  • You may be ready for 1-3 new action steps
  • If you are not, we will focus on what other tools you might still need to get started. 
  • At this stage, you will begin to work on your own meal plan so you have a sustainable, actionable map moving forward. Use the sample meal plans provided as a template. This takes work but has huge benefits! That’s right. You will be getting homework. 
  • How: A 30 minute video call. Email follow up with applicable tools.


Phase 3: RHYTHM

  • Focus: Check in on your goals. You should now have the tools you need to continue your journey. Continue to live with gut healthy eating as part of your daily rhythm.
  • You will have a meal plan in hand that you made with foods you and your family like
  • How: A 30 minute video call. Email follow up with applicable tools. 


Please note: Every journey is different! This package is designed to help move you towards your goals. Some people need just a little support and others need more. Some goals can be achieved with just a few easy changes and other goals require many, many steps.  The amount of "progress" we make in each session will depend on all these factors but remember that all steps forward are progress! If your goal is more challenging, you may benefit from additional follow up sessions. These can be booked as needed. If you book an extra session, we will continue right where we left off at the end of the "Real Food Reset".

Nutrition Analysis Package *AVAILABLE SOON!

Cost: $375


Step 1: Food Journal workbook

  • You will receive a PDF workbook, sample pages available to download soon. You will do a 3 day food record by writing down everything you eat and drink. You are also encouraged to reflect on physical activity, energy levels, mood, and digestion. Your food record will be analyzed with specific focus on protein and fibre intake. It will also be analyzed for macronutrient distribution (macros) to learn about your balance of protein, fat, and carbohydrates. 


Step 2: Nutrition assessment, 60 minute video appointment

  • After I have received your food record, we will have a 60 minute virtual video appointment to assess your nutrition needs. This will consider your: current and past medical history, medications, usual pattern of eating, relationship with food and previous diets, physical activity level, food prep skill and interest, allergies, intolerances, age, goals, etc. 


Step 3: Receive diet analysis report (PDF) detailing: 

  • What your current intake is (protein, fibre and macros)
  • What your estimated needs are based on your goals 
  • How to move from your current intake towards meeting your goal
  • Information on fibre and probiotics, macros, meal planning, recipes, etc. 
  • A one day custom sample meal plan of what it could look like to meet your protein and fibre goals eating whole foods 


Step 4: Report review, phone call

  • One 15 min phone call a few days after you receive your report to review together


Step 5: Follow up, 30 minute video appointment

  • One 30 minute video follow up, usually about 2 weeks after reviewing your report.
  • Check in on progress, address any challenges, make a plan for next steps. 


At this point you may be ready to carry on yourself or you can book additional follow up appointments.

Includes: One 30 minute video call. Perfect to check-in and discuss any new goals or challenges. Each journey is different.  Some people find they need to spend more time on a phase before moving on and would benefit from additional sessions.
